Put qol qolushush

Put, qol barmaqliri tartishish (Cramps, twitching抽搐, 抽筋, 痉挛), qolushush (numbness, 麻木) we aghrish (pain刺感)


Sewebliri (possible reason可能的原因)

1.     Vitamin D kemlik (Vitamin D deficiency): yuqarda diyilgen qol put barmaqliri tartishish (抽搐)din bashqa barmaqlirida, tilida we kalpukida ghelite tugha his qilish, bezide yuz muskullirimu ihtiyarsiz tartishish (抽搐) ehwalliri bolidu.
2.     Vitamin B12 kemlik
3.     Kalsiy kemlik (Hypocalcemia, 低血钙症)
4.     Magniy kemlik (Hypomagnesemia, 低血镁症)
5.     Ohshash bir orunda uzun olturush we yaki herket qilmasliq
6.     Bili chim bolup kitish sewebidin nirwa bisilip qilish (Herniated disc  椎间盘突出)
7.     Qizil qan tomur qitiwish sewebidin qan aylinish yahshi bolmas;
8.     Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, 腕隧道综合症  
9.     Ulnar tunnel syndrome尺神经隧道综合症
10.                        Diabetic periphery syndrome糖尿病性末梢循环综合症
11.                        Muskul kiselliki (Myopathy, 肌病)

Bili chim bolup kitish (Herniated disc  椎间盘突出) ning sewebliri
1.     Yashning chongishigha egiship, we yaki suni kem istimal qilish sewebidin umurtqa arisidiki kumucheck (disk椎间盘) terkiwidiki su madisi kemiyip ilastikiliqini yoqutush (degeneration退化);
2.     Bel muskulining ajiz bolushi we umurtqini muhapiq qoghdiyalmasliqi;
3.     Herket qilghandiki we yaki yerdin bir nerse alghandiki beden haliti (姿势) ning toghura bolmasliqi, ushtumtut qilinghan herket bilen bel muskullirining ozar maslishalmasliqi.

Saqlinish we qayta qozghulushning aldini ilish
  1. Kisel qozghalghandin kiyin baldur herket qilish. Alahide karwat tutup yitishning hajiti yoq. Emiliyette karwat tutup yitishning yalghuz hajiti yoq bolup qalmastin, belki eksinche ziyanliq.
  2. Kisel jiddi qozghalghan deslepki mezgilde, soghaq tutush (冷敷)kisel qozghulushtin tohtap eslige kilish basquchigha kirgende issiq tutush (热敷)
  3. Muhapiq beden chiniqturush, bolupmu bel muskullirini kuchaytish.
  4. Toghura beden halitige (姿势ehmiyet birish we adetlinish
  5. Usuzluqni kop istimal qilish, bedendiki her xil toqulmilarning su terkiwining norma bolushigha kapalet qilish, we toqulmilarning susizlinip kitishtin saqlinish;
  6. Eger Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Kalsiy qatarliq maddilar kem bolsa, ularni wahtida toluqlash, we muhapiq aptapqa qaqlinish;  
  7. Egeshme kisellerni we bashqa yandash kisellerni muhapiq bir terep qilish;
